We can’t recover it, because it is the only key to your replies and edits and we store only a scrambled version of it. If you used the email option at publish, search your inbox for “Your invitation links” (check spam). Otherwise you can make a new invitation from your Etsy link and send the new guest link.

Yes. Open your private link, tap Edit invitation, make your changes and tap Save changes. Guests see the update right away.

Add a # and their name to the end of your guest link, with dashes between words. For example, #the-lee-family addresses the envelope to “The Lee Family” and fills their name into the reply form.

Open your private link and scroll to Your replies. Tap Download replies to get a spreadsheet. Guest details are personal information, so store the file carefully.

It stays live for 12 months and accepts up to 500 replies. After that, the invitation and its replies are deleted automatically.

Phones only play sound after a tap. Guests can tap the music button at the bottom left. The snow can be switched off there too.

Ask them to check their connection and try again. If the invitation has reached 500 replies or has expired, the page will say so.

Email hello@dearly.co with your guest link and we will remove it and its replies.
