Terms of Use
Last updated: November 4, 2026. These terms apply to invitation pages created with Dearly.
TEMPLATE for review: this is a starting draft and is not legal advice. Have an attorney review it before you launch.
Using the service
You may create invitations for your own personal events. You are responsible for everything you put in your invitation and for the guest details you collect. Do not use Dearly for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing, or to collect sensitive information.
Your private link
Your private link is the only way to see replies and edit your invitation. Anyone who has it can do both. Keep it private and save it, because we cannot recover it for you.
Artwork and designs
The artwork, layouts and code are owned by or licensed to Dearly. Your purchase gives you the right to use them in invitations for your own events only. You may not resell, share, extract or redistribute the artwork, templates or code.
Availability and limits
Invitations stay live for 12 months from creation and accept up to 500 replies. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own record of important event details.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dearly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or lost replies, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Removal
We may remove an invitation that breaks these terms or the law.
